Job Details

Lead team of Logistic Coordinators to plan and execute outbound global logistics function for HDNU and Aero projects. Collaborate with Logistics Project Leader and Logistics Project Managers to ensure optimization and execution of daily transportation and shipment planning and adhere of contract requirements. Take ownership, ensure execution, and continually communicate updates to involved parties proactively. Ensure orders and shipments are optimized via the TMS and planned for on-time pick up and delivery. Accountable for data disconnects between TMS systems and other internal project management systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution and customer reporting. Assist in managing global shipment and customs activities. Develop strong relationship with freight forwarders and carriers to resolve problems/issues. Assist in negotiation of RFQs.
