Serves as the on-site HR resource at the front-line for employees and managers, answering HR related questions, addressing workplace concerns, providing guidance on HR-related matters and promoting a positive and inclusive culture at assigned hospitals. Manages, investigates, and resolves complex employee relations issues. Provides detailed reports summarizing the findings and determinations of investigations and collaborates with HRB - Ps and legal counsel on recommendations as appropriate/required. Coaches leaders through performance concerns and assists them with the necessary documentation to properly address misconduct, policy violations, and poor performance. Supports our performance review processes, ensuring reviews are conducted on time and promote fair and equitable treatment. Provides input around merit, promotions, job reclassifications and salary changes.
