Qualifications:

  • A heartfelt dedication to serving patients and families, ensuring the best possible care.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or ministerial services is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare or hospice setting, including experience in family counseling related to loss, grief, death, and dying.
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs effectively.
