Job Description
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Support field teams with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong communication
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Familiarity with project management tools and construction documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with healthcare or higher education projects is strongly preferred
