Job Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities in Greenville, SC, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee quality control and safety standards on the construction site.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
