Small Format Print/Bindery Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Small Format Print/Bindery Operator for a company based in Duncan, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate and maintain small format finishing equipment, including laminators, cutters, and bindery machines.

Pay Rate: $18.89-$21.39

Schedule and Hours: Three 12-hour shifts per week 6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain small format finishing equipment, including laminators, cutters, and bindery machines.
• Review job tickets and follow production specifications for each order.
• Inspect printed materials for accuracy, alignment, and quality throughout the production run.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all finished products.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a printing or print finishing environment.
• Hands-on experience with bindery, laminating, and cutting equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods during 12-hour shifts.
• Must be comfortable being on your feet for the entire 12-hour shift.

Job Type: Full-time, temporary to hire
