The company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Operations for Aftermarket Parts Fulfillment. In this pivotal global leadership role, you will enhance the performance of our AM Parts fulfillment organization with a strong emphasis on improving delivery speed, on-time performance, and enriching the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of a comprehensive global fulfillment model, championing key initiatives like ERP integration, and ensuring that our organization remains scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of senior operational leadership experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. A proven track record in delivering improvements within a fast-paced B2B environment is essential, alongside a robust experience in leveraging data insights for both operational and strategic decision-making. Familiarity with ERP systems, process implementation, and optimization is crucial. A Bachelor's degree is required.
