Growth Manager With Expertise In SEO & Organic Growth Strategies

Opinion Stage powers marketers to create quizzes, surveys, and forms that drive higher engagement and get more responses. Main use cases include driving engagement, getting leads, gathering feedback, conducting research, and recommending products. The platform is used by top brands & publishers such as NBC, Warner Brothers, Virgin & Uber.

We're a small, agile, remote-first team that values creativity, data, and results.

We're now seeking a Growth Manager with expertise in SEO & organic growth strategies to lead our growth initiatives and help us scale to the next level.

Here are some of the things you'll do:

1. Plan & execute a growth plan for organic traffic and revenue while focusing on customer value
2. Strategize the new content needed to meet our AEO/SEO goals while optimizing existing content that delivers results already
3. Educate and provide regular feedback to writers on headlines, keyword usage, keyword analysis, and related aspects of AEO/SEO
4. When needed, roll your sleeves and do some of the writing/editing yourself
5. Drive mentions and visibility for Opinion Stage across leading websites, forums, and social channels.
6. Design, implement, and iterate experiments to increase traffic/ranks
7. Audit and measure our AEO/SEO development, implement changes to prevent rank losses in line with search engines & LLMs
8. Develop competitor gap analysis, including link analysis/anchor text distribution
9. Keep up-to-date with relevant AI tools, and verify they are fully integrated into our processes
10. Push forward video initiatives that drive reach & growth
11. Other things you will suggest
