HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

The State of South Carolina is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor for the Department of Corrections in Greenville County, SC. The salary range for this position is $53,100.00 - $66,800.00 annually. This full-time position is open to applicants until 11/7/2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (US & Canada).

The responsibilities of the HVAC Maintenance Supervisor include developing HVAC maintenance and repair programs, supervising HVAC maintenance, construction, and renovation projects, establishing on-call procedures for emergency maintenance, determining requirements for HVAC supplies and equipment, and recommending the procurement of new equipment. The position requires a high school diploma and experience in HVAC systems or relevant fields. Additional requirements include five years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration systems, and general maintenance.
