Manufacturing Production Associate

Play a pivotal role in transforming our manufacturing processes to achieve greater efficiency and excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Operate equipment along the production line and/or provide manual labor in building capacitor to maintain workflow.
• Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
• Fill in for absent team members when required.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• Previous production experience is a plus.
• Full body mobility and good eyesight.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

One element in our total compensation package is pay. The starting pay for this role is $17.00 per hour for the 1st shift.
