The Loan Processor position is responsible for reviewing funding packages for accuracy as well as verifying stated information provided during the loan application process.
Log and review funding packages to meet guidelines including but not limited to reviewing/clearing contract errors, reviewing income, verifying collateral, and performing customer interviews
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls to customers regarding their applications and accounts
Research and verify proof of employment, income, residence, and insurance as required
Address funding issues, including escalating issues as necessary
Maintain acceptable turnaround time to achieve volume targets
Maintain electronic records and files
Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management
Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management
High school diploma or equivalent required
Financial services and/or auto industry experience preferred but not required
Consistently demonstrates the ability to establish priorities and properly manage multiple high priority tasks
Confident self-starter that operates well with limited supervision
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels inside and outside of the organization
Meets deadlines without missing important details
Basic skills in using a variety of computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Products, required
Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment

Remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the workday
Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading

Stoop and kneel to maintain files
This position is full-time
This is a position whereby business need will dictate the exact work schedule which should be expected to vary at times. Generally, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00am-8:00pm. Schedule could include Saturday 9am-8pm as needed.
Regular, predictable attendance is required, including overtime hours as business demands dictate
Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
