Construction Recruitment Specialist - North Carolina & South Carolina

Base Salary: $100,000 to $135,000 per annum base plus bonus + benefits

Are you an experienced Project Manager who not only delivers high quality buildings, but also leads with integrity, positivity and genuine people skills? If you're looking for a long term home where you can build, grow and eventually step into a VP level position – this one is worth a look.

I'm working with a well respected commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Greenville and Spartanburg.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll oversee a variety of commercial projects, typically between $1mil and $10mil – with the occasional $30 to $40mil project to keep things exciting. Project types include:

• Commercial offices and retail
• Historical renovations

What We're Looking For

• Has 5 to 20 years of Project Management experience in with a commercial general contractor
• Can run the full project lifecycle: scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination and client relationships
• Is organised, communicates well and knows how to build a strong team culture
• Values honesty, collaboration and delivering work to a high standard
