Director of Finance & Accounting

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Accounting to oversee the financial operations of both our music venue(s) and the parent company. This role is responsible for managing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, month‑end close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgets for multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal control requirements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong background in both corporate and operational finance, ideally within live entertainment, hospitality, or venue management industries.
• A passion for live music, events, and the entertainment industry.
