As an Information Technology Infrastructure Project Manager with this client, you'll manage several IT projects at once, overseeing scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating work across multiple teams and suppliers. You will work with the Networking team, Datacenters and Applications team and the End user experience team. You'll organize and lead meetings, analyze and schedule project changes, and regularly update forecasts and documentation to ensure smooth transitions to production.

Your responsibilities include tracking progress, identifying risks, and facilitating lessons learned sessions after each launch. You'll apply project management best practices (PMBOK), collaborate with architects and subject matter experts, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Success in this role requires autonomy, strong leadership, and the ability to drive results and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include tracking progress, identifying risks, and facilitating lessons learned sessions after each launch. You'll apply project management best practices (PMBOK), collaborate with architects and subject matter experts, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience (PMP or LEAN certification a plus)
  • Experience managing multiple projects at different phases of timeline, some are a couple months long others take years to complete. Also experience managing projects with budgets from 500K up to 3 million!
  • Projects like closing plants, expansion of sites, expansion of wifi coverage, cybersecurity projects, etc.
  • Experience managing large, dispersed teams across multiple regions
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and project management best practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams, different time zones, and different lines of business
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and drive results within budget and deadlines
  • Process-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Effective at managing tasks, respecting IT processes and timelines
  • Skilled at building consensus, analyzing facts, and negotiating solutions
  • Background in technology infrastructure (network equipment, datacenters, cloud, Microsoft products, cybersecurity)
  • Proficient with MS Project, Clarity, ServiceNow, Excel, and O365
  • AI use in Project Management
