Responsibilities

As a member of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading complex technical and commercial passenger rail projects, managing cross?functional teams, developing comprehensive project master plans, and driving customer satisfaction.

You will own all project aspectstechnical, commercial, operationalwithout direct reports, leading through influence and collaboration.

Typical Day

• Lead technical and commercial project aspects.
• Manage project team and core team interactions.
• Develop and validate project master plans.
• Conduct risk and opportunity analyses.
• Coordinate production and supply chain activities.
• Manage project financial performance.
• Ensure contract deliverables are fulfilled.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Report project progress internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required (engineering or technical discipline preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Passenger rail industry experience.
• Optional: Multi?national corporation experience, PMP Certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Commercial and business acumen with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proactive problem?solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Detail?oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate and lead cross?functional teams without direct authority.

Physical Demands

• Primarily office?based work.
• Up to 30% travel to various sites, primarily in North America.
• Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Requires talking, hearing, sitting, and light physical activity.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $89,100.00 $126,900.00. The actual salary offered may be influenced by factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location.
