Our General Manager - Management Trainee Program is designed for seasoned professionals with at least 5 years of General Management experience—whether from Trades, Retail, Restaurant or other service-oriented industries—who are ready to lead high-performing teams and drive growth across our expanding network of home services locations. This structured training program prepares candidates to assume the role of General Manager in one of our branches, with placement based on company needs.
Location: MUST reside near one of our current locations for training purposes. MUST be open to relocation upon placement as a General Manager to ANY of our locations based on business needs. Relocation is required for the role.
