This job posting is for a General Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities include leading a team of Department Managers, setting restaurant goals, and creating a plan to achieve them. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
