The Impact You'll Make The Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader is responsible for the organization and performance of the Manufacturing Engineering Team. This position ensures that production departments are provided with processes that focus on safety, produce excellent quality products with a high first pass yield, meet customer demands and ensure lowest possible product costs while keeping scrap levels at or below budget. The Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader will develop and support CAPEX projects, develop Factory Roadmaps and create Tactical Implementation Plans (TIP) for improvements in the facility. The Manufacturing Team Leader has the responsibility to identify, evaluate and lead the implementation of new manufacturing technologies that create more effective and efficient manufacturing processes. This includes robotics, autonomous vehicles, and Industry 4.0 tools.
