Director Of Marketing Property Management

Location: Greenville, SC | Regional Travel Required

NHE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, digital engagement, and marketing performance across our multifamily and corporate portfolio. This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with creative executionideal for someone who thrives on building connections, driving results, and shaping brand presence.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead brand, digital, and social media strategy across all communities and corporate platforms
2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive occupancy, engagement, and revenue growth
3. Oversee SEO, advertising, PR, and vendor partnerships
4. Collaborate closely with leadership on business development initiatives and proposal strategies
5. Build strong relationships through community outreach and partnerships, representing NHE in local organizations and industry groups
6. Provide training, tools, and guidance to on-site teams to strengthen marketing execution

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of senior-level marketing experience (preferably in the multifamily industry)
• Proven success in digital strategy, brand management, and team leadership
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Experience developing community or corporate partnerships is a plus
• Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
