CONTROLLER:
Construction Industry Experience REQUIRED
General Contractor seeking Controller for residential building developments throughout the Upstate

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of financial leadership
• CPA preferred
• High sense of project management and eye for details

• Month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close
• Prepare/review financial statement and cost code variances
• budget, re-forecasting, and pro forma preparation, reporting, and analysis at the development and entity level
• Maintain and ensure compliance procedures for bank, tax, and insurance
• Maintain all insurance policies and requirements
• Facilitate home warranty set up and support single family home sale closings
• Ad hoc reporting and root cause investigation requests
• Point-of-contact for business leaders
• Engage in business improvement plans (i.e. supplier contract negotiations, forecasting etc)
• Manage one direct report
