Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Technician located in Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area. The Automation Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated machinery and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventative maintenance, calibrating equipment, and programming and configuring automated systems. Additionally, the Automation Technician will collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation processes and ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated machinery
Skills in performing preventative maintenance and calibrating equipment
Experience with programming and configuring automated systems
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and improve automation processes
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Relevant technical certifications or associate's degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
