EHS Manager

Are you ready to lead and innovate in EHS management?

Our client is seeking an experienced leader to manage their plant EHS team and drive initiatives that align with company goals, local regulations, and world-class practices.

**This role is based in the Southeast U.S. All candidates must be open to relocation.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the EHS team to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal organizations to integrate EHS into operational activities and plans.
  • Work closely with regional and global EHS teams to share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Represent EHS to external stakeholders, including regulators, community, industry peers, and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field preferred; other degrees considered with direct EHS work experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of EHS&S experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and leadership capability.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EHS&S regulations and requirements.
  • Experience in developing and executing high-impact EHS&S programs.
Additional Information:
  • This position includes direct reports.
  • Travel required: 10% - 20%, including potential travel for training during plant start-up.
