Role: Design Engineer - GDI Fuel Injectors

Take ownership of a new product launch with a major automotive Tier 1 supplier. As the GDI Design Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and validation of new Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) fuel injector product lines. You will own the DV (Design Validation) and PPAP readiness, develop and correlate spray/flow test methods, and manage all design work for new programs, ensuring a robust and on-time launch.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) experience.
• 5+ years of experience in fuel injector design (with at least 2 years in GDI).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of injector internal geometry, spray pattern control, and fuel systems.
• Experience with DFMEA, APQP, and PPAP processes.
• Proficiency in CAD (Creo preferred) and tolerance analysis.
