Civil Design EngineerWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join a growing, multi-discipline engineering team specializing in civil, structural, and land development projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with Civil Project Managers and firm Directors while collaborating across internal civil and structural teams to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented designs for complex commercial, life science, industrial, and mission-critical projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project teams with the design and preparation of civil engineering documents, including plans, details, and site layouts.Perform civil design calculations, prepare drawings, and develop material specifications.Conduct shop drawing reviews and technical research to support project deliverables.Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure accuracy and coordination across project phases.Contribute to project management activities, assisting with schedules, budgets, and client coordination.Required QualificationsBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering2+ years of land development experience related to commercial, life science, or industrial buildingsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DDemonstrated experience assisting with project coordination or managementStrong organizational, technical, and communication skills, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience with Hydraflow and HydraCADProject Management experience with multi-disciplinary teamsProfessional Engineer (PE) license or working toward licensureIdeal Project ExperienceCandidates with backgrounds in pharmaceutical or life science facilities, data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, industrial/manufacturing plants, or commercial developments are highly desired.Please note: experience limited to bridges, towers, or residential/mixed-use projects will not be considered a match for this role.Location & FlexibilityImmediate need in Pennsylvania officesOpen to hiring in Greenville, SC, to support Pennsylvania-based projectsRemote opportunities considered for qualified engineers located in Texas, Louisiana, Savannah (GA), or Charleston (SC)About the TeamYou’ll be joining a collaborative engineering group that values precision, accountability, and long-term partnership.
