Job Description

The Project Manager - Growing GC with Strong Local Pipeline - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during planning stages
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and consultants
• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team environment

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Growing GC with Strong Local Pipeline - Greenvilleshould have:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale builds
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
