We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE preferred) with strong utility and power experience to lead projects, mentor staff, and support critical energy infrastructure across the U.S.What We Offer:Competitive salary (~ +/- $130K–$200K DOE)Contract-to-hire position with company-subsidized medical coverage and 401(k) match during contract period (~6 months)Full benefits package upon permanent hire including PTO, holidays, and moreHybrid work model with travel flexibility (up to 50%)Strong career growth and leadership opportunitiesWork on impactful projects driving the energy transitionYour Responsibilities:Lead electrical engineering design and advisory teams on utility-scale power projectsCollaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsMentor junior engineers and support business development effortsProvide expertise in power distribution, generation, substations, renewables, and power system modelingAssist with proposal development and project planningWho You Are:Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field~ 10+ years in electrical engineering focused on utility and power projectsActive Professional Engineer (PE) license (any U.S. state) – Highly PreferredProficient with power system modeling tools (SKM, ETAP, etc.)Strong communicator with client engagement skillsWilling to travel up to 50% and work hybrid (2 days/week in office or client site)Located near or open to relocating to Ft.
