We have an immediate need for a Structural Design Engineer to support large-scale industrial and manufacturing facility projects. These structures are heavily loaded and technically demanding, requiring strong engineering judgment and cross-disciplinary coordination.

This role focuses on producing construction and design documents using Revit, with additional analysis performed using structural modeling tools such as RAM Bentley and Tekla.
? Key Responsibilities

• Design structural systems including steel, concrete, and heavy foundations.
  
• Develop detailed construction documents in Revit.
  
• Perform structural analysis using tools such as RAM Bentley, Tekla, STAAD, or similar.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
  
• Evaluate structural behavior under various load conditions (wind, seismic, flooding).
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Select appropriate materials and advise on design strategies.
  
• Support project scheduling, QA/QC processes, and reporting.

? Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural focus) from an accredited university.
  
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably on industrial or manufacturing buildings (commercial may be considered).
  
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with 3D/finite element analysis software such as STAAD, TSD, or RAM.
  
• Solid understanding of building codes, load calculations, and structural integrity evaluation.
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Location: Greenville, SC or Remote (U.S. Based)
Full-Time | M-F | 8-Hour Days

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid if local (3 days in office), or fully remote if out of area
  
• Sponsorship: Not offered - must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

? Compensation

• Hourly Rate (TTD): $38-$46/hr (may go higher based on experience)
  
• Contract to Direct Hire: Salary-based, benefits provided
  
• Assignment Term: 6 months Temp-to-Direct OR Direct Hire
• Overtime Markup: 50%
