We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Technician to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies including lasers, microscopes, and precision test equipment.     Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and prepare materials to meet quality requirements using work instructions, prints, and assembly aids.

  • Label, package, and complete required quality documentation for finished products.

  • Operate production equipment and assist with machine setup/changeovers.

  • Measure and inspect parts to ensure dimensional and cosmetic accuracy.

  • Record production data accurately in Labortrak software.

  • Follow ISO quality system requirements and maintain compliance at all times.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow work instructions.

  • Prior experience with small-scale mechanical assembly or disassembly is a plus.

  • Experience using measurement tools to verify product quality preferred.

    Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments preferred.

  • Training will be provided for candidates eager to learn and grow with us.
