About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality home remodeling products, helping homeowners enhance and improve home value. We're growing fast and looking for a results-driven Retail Lead Generation Manager to take our in-store outreach and customer engagement to the next level.

The Role:

As our Retail Lead Generation Manager, you will lead a team of in-store representatives operating kiosks inside major big-box retail stores. Your mission is to drive appointment bookings for in-home presentations of our interior remodeling solutions. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, hitting lead generation goals, and ensuring exceptional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Lead Generators across multiple retail locations.
  • Lead Generation: Ensure your team meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly lead quotas by engaging retail customers and booking appointments.
  • Training & Development: Train new hires on product knowledge, customer interaction techniques, and appointment-setting best practices.
  • Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure kiosk coverage and maximize lead opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs, provide regular performance feedback, and implement improvement strategies when needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure your team delivers a positive, professional, and persuasive customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to align lead quality with sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail management, lead generation, or field marketing.
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated by targets, performance metrics, and customer success.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally between store locations as needed.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
