Job Description Job Description What You will Do: Create and maintain detailed project schedules for assigned RCAs, ensuring all team activities are tracked and aligned with project timelines using PowerNow and Smartsheet tool suite. Monitor and update action items, ensuring timely completion and communication with relevant stakeholders using the developed tool suite. Provide mentoring of the RCA process and project management best practices to RCA teams. Develop custom Excel and Smartsheet tools to automate the use of information found in databases, improving monitoring of project management performance. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and any required escalations. Develop and provide RCA KPIs including action item contributions, milestones, financial and cost savings impact. Develop and document project management best practices, digital tools, process mapping, daily/weekly/monthly operating routines to successfully manage the RCA projects. Recommend technology or process changes to management and implement them, as directed. Work with leadership and engineering or services functional teams to assist with prioritization, decision-making, and schedule updates. All deliverables specified above shall be delivered without necessitating the organization to provide any training, onboarding, or learning support. What You Will Bring: BS in Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college. 5 to 15 years of experience in engineering quality, process improvements, and RCAs.
