Job DescriptionJob Description

Quality Engineer position open in the Greenville area for an experienced automotive quality professional to support process control, product quality, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. This is a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM opportunity.

In this position, you will assist the Quality Manager with system and process audits, customer communication, and maintaining key quality documentation. You'll play an active role in driving compliance, supporting new product launches, and improving overall process capability across the plant.

*This is NOT a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer.* Visa sponsorship not available for this position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (required)
• ASQ certification (CQT, CQA, CQPA, or CQE) — company will sponsor certification if not already obtained
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing quality
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 / TS 16949 and AIAG standards
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and control plans
• Proficiency in 8D problem-solving, data analysis, and internal audits
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
