Trident Technical College seeks a Director of Facility Services. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and is considered essential personnel during and after emergencies. The director leads daily custodial, building, grounds, landscaping, and beautification programs, including staffing, scheduling, and training for all shifts at every location. This role will also manage grounds, landscapes, gardens, green spaces, paved areas, hardscapes, wetlands, and pond maintenance. The Director ensures all College campuses are safe, functional, and visually appealing for all Trident Tech campuses located in Charleston, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Moncks Corner, and Summerville.
