Develop a winning lean vision and strategy across the Blade CoE supply base, including external blade manufacturers and raw materials which are purchased for internal blade manufacturing. Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, supplier lead-time, on-time delivery and product cost. Support suppliers in developing value stream maps and eliminating process waste through the application & implementation of lean techniques. Deploy & operationalize Lean/ MOREWIND broadly across the COE, thereby reducing waste and driving efficiencies. Collaborate with the cross functional blade team to prioritize projects focused on critical business KPIs. Partner with key stakeholders including engineering, sourcing quality, blade commodity staff managers, product line, and projects team to assess business needs and define projects.
