Overview
At Koops, our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly — from sourcing and organizing components to delivering them on time to our project teams. This department directly supports our mission to build high-quality custom automation by controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our projects on schedule.
What You'll Do
As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll take on a working management role, spending approximately 60% of your time on direct project work and 40% on leadership and coordination activities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time — all while promoting organization, efficiency, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, organize, and distribute components for project teams
 - Support cost control and quality improvement initiatives
 - Lead daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
 - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
 - Promote and uphold Koops' Core Values in every interaction
 - Lead the regional supply chain team members
 
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supply chain excellence. The ideal candidate is both a doer and a leader — someone who enjoys hands-on work while guiding others toward success.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skill set, management experience preferred
 - Passion for supply chain operations
 - Strong customer service mindset
 - Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC.
 - Excellent attention to detail
 - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
 - 4 year degree or equivalent experience in supply chain
 - 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting
 - Solid business and financial acumen
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
