Position Summary

The Expediter serves as the communication hub between the kitchen and the front-of-house team. You are the last line of defense for quality, accuracy, and timing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organized, and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage food tickets during service
• Inspect all plates for correct build, temperature, and presentation
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both kitchen staff and servers
• Ensure food is delivered hot and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized expo line
• Monitor timing to prevent delays and miscommunication
• Support the team by assisting with side work and clean-up as needed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-volume setting
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be available to work weekends
