We're looking for Tig Welder-Intermediate Level candidates to join our team at our Gas Power Manufacturing plant in Greenville, SC located on Forrester Drive, Greenville SC. What You'll Do

Prepare, arrange, fit, and assemble a variety of materials (stainless, nickel alloy, Hast-X) and components using tig welding processes and procedures

Strong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during welding

Interpret and execute production using drawings and blueprints

Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work orders

Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs

Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity

Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency

Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, and look up work instructions

Utilize work instructions, set-up sheets, fixtures and method documents to correctly set up parts to be welded

Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation

What You'll Bring

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited welding program OR 2-5 years of industrial welding experience.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment. Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding and able to pass the weld test

Flexibility: Willingness to work 2nd shift (2 PM 10:30 PM, M-F) and overtime when needed

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation

Pass a background check and drug screen

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Tig Welder: Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $24.85 - $37.27 an hour. This posting is expected to close on Aug 18th, 2025.
