Industrial Engineer - Level 2

As an Industrial Engineer supporting the F-16 production line at our Greenville, SC site, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and innovation in one of the world's most advanced fighter jet programs. You'll use data-driven insights to streamline processes, optimize resources, and support the successful delivery of high-performance aircraft to global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production workflows, sequencing, capacity, and manpower to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Conduct time studies and performance assessments to support cost control and continuous improvement.
• Develop and present detailed work plans in coordination with Operations Leadership, utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Project.
• Monitor and support the implementation of changes related to schedule, labor, cost, and workflow optimization.
• Drive process improvements through project leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and team performance.
