Support projects in all phases to deliver quality according to standards and customer requirements. Communicate with the customers, factories, project management team and construction site team to proactively see installations and document improvement needs and understand the nature of the issue and get definite corrective action initiated in the organization. Determine the data driven top customer field issues list, verify an owner is assigned and status is reported weekly. Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions through problem solving process. Evaluate completed corrective actions and ensure effectiveness of actions. Recommend appropriate remedial activities. Track shipments, Pareto and report issues and assist in assigning ownership to the problems. Present reports to the organization regarding Quality performance. Present status updates on various quality initiatives in business management. Develop 8 D and Customer reports on reported issues.
