In accordance with the Division, customers and international standards (ISO/ IATF), develops and maintains the plants IMS (integrated management system) Coordinates the internal audit planning and internal audits (System, process, product). Utilizes the Internal audit NCN tool. Monitors and reports progress in NCN closure. Analyses the internal audit results at least annually. Leads the management review process. Assures IATF 16949 adherence, Internal audit NCN, NCN closure rate Responsible of document control in sites Coordinates external Audits and NCN closing Supports problem solving teams and continuous improvement initiatives Able to travel and support new plants and SILS Lead issue resolution and problem-solving both internally and with customers. Ensure robust process control and adherence to control plans. Key Responsibilities: Lead structured problem-solving efforts using tools such as 8 D, 5-Why, and Fishbone.
