JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

• Previous experience as an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant with a strong foundation in dental and orthodontic knowledge.
• Familiarity with self-ligating brackets welcome.
• Communicating with patients regarding treatments and oral hygiene
• Charting of patient information
• Taking digital radiographs
• Intraoral 3D scans
• Assisting with orthodontic adjustments
• Preparing teeth for bonding and de-bonding
• Assisting in the placement and removal of appliances
• Sterilizing instruments and operatories
• Encouraging, educating, and motivating patients to follow the recommendations of the Doctor
• Fixed retainer fabrication and cementation
• Bracket/band set-up/placement

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 34 per week
