As a Project Solutions professional at CIMCO, you'll lead the charge in qualifying leads, crafting tailored refrigeration systems, and closing high-impact deals. From design input to strategic pricing and pipeline management, you'll be the key link between customer needs and project success-while fueling growth across your region.

What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, guiding them through to successful close
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor
• Collaborate on system design, pricing strategies, and internal project reviews to ensure alignment with customer needs
• Manage and advance sales opportunities through the pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate internal resources and contribute to team meetings to support project execution
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic direction
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to leadership
• Represent CIMCO professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client engagements

What You Bring:

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, engineering, or technical sales
• Hands-on knowledge of ammonia, CO? systems, heat pumps, and heat recovery technologies
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and contribute to system design
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Certifications such as PE, PMP, or Refrigeration Certificate are considered assets
