What you'll do

* You will develop business strategies, taking into account future trends and goals.

* You will design, execute and manage strategic projects across all phases, from analysis to concept development to implementation.

* You will coordinate and moderate workshops, give methodical trainings as well as coaching of project partners.

* You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of decision-making meetings with top management as well as active stakeholder management.

* You will be a sparring partner for other management consultants.

Who you are

* You have successfully completed your master's degree, ideally in Economics or Engineering.

* You have worked as a strategic consultant for 5-8+ years.

* You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment.

* You have a scientifically sound and methodical approach to work and are highly motivated.

* You have strong organizational and excellent communication skills, especially when interfacing with customers; you have the ability to communicate complex content in a simple manner.

* Your willingness to take responsibility and drive topics forward will move the team to the next level.

* You are willing to travel.

* You are authorized to work in the U.S.
