Restoration Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate jobs from start to finish, managing up to 1216 technicians
• Ensure safety protocols, quality control, and job documentation are met on every site
• Oversee job setup, daily production, and equipment use
• Communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and the internal office team
• Coach team members, resolve field issues, and support performance reviews
• Perform vehicle and equipment checks; manage materials and jobsite logistics

Requirements:

• IICRC WRT & ASD certifications
• 1+ years of experience leading restoration or construction crews
• Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or confined areas
• Must be able to take on-call duty one week each month
