Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine data entry management for accounting records.
  • Process daily reconciliations.
  • Work with practices to ensure daily reconciliations are completed accurately and timely.
  • Review credit card transactions for proper documentation and coding.
  • Assist with accounts payable duties.
  • Assist with mail distribution, answer telephones, and perform other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Must be a current FDH employee with Denticon experience.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working in an accounting position preferred.
  • Sage Intacct software experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
