Quality Assurance Management: Review and oversee the Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/ QC) program for all project phases, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, design documents, and applicable codes and standards. Contractor Audits: Conduct regular audits of contractor activities to verify conformity with design documents and project specifications. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement as necessary. Document Control: Ensure that contractors are utilizing the latest revisions of design documents, maintaining accurate records of changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle. Material & Equipment Oversight: Monitor the proper storage and maintenance of materials and equipment to be incorporated into the project, ensuring they meet quality standards prior to installation.
