Essential Duties: - Administer health and welfare benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. - Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes due to qualifying life events, and claims resolution. - Reconcile weekly error reports and resolve discrepancies. - Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, state-specific leaves, and disability, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefit records in HR systems. - Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing education and guidance on available benefit options.
