Job Title:

Hourly Virtual Special Education Teacher Secondary Homebased Services

Job Description:

Provide individualized special education instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a virtual home-based setting. Deliver services through online platforms, implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, and collaborate with families and school teams to promote student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual special education instruction to secondary students tailored to each student's IEP goals and services
• Use technology effectively to engage students in a remote learning environment
• Track and document student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and school staff
• Provide a supportive and inclusive virtual learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in special education
• Experience with virtual teaching platforms and technology, preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting

Terms of Employment: This is an hourly position with no fringe benefits.
