Position: Project Manager- Product Development & Engineering



Location: 400 Supreme Industrial Dr, Anderson, SC 29621,



Duration: 12+ months with chance of extension



Shift timing: Standard shift





Job Summary:




  • The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role ensures all project goals meet quality, financial, and schedule targets while maintaining strong communication with internal departments, customers, and contractors.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Utilize standard project management tools and methodologies to ensure projects are executed effectively.

  • Define project scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines, coordinating with functional leaders to build project resource plans.

  • Collaborate with order management, plant production, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Communicate schedules, budgets, and project objectives to field and jobsite personnel; perform periodic site visits to maintain alignment with contractors and customers.

  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact project success; drive timely resolution and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

  • Conduct and lead effective meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.

  • Track and report project performance using established reporting tools to ensure adherence to quality, schedule, and cost targets.

  • Manage project budgets create cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and maintain established profit margins.

  • Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all project phases, hosting periodic safety meetings and ensuring compliance with safety standards.



Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent experience.

  • 3 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within critical infrastructure (UPS, thermal systems, batteries, monitoring systems).

  • Strong understanding of construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.





Preferred Qualifications:




  • Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, and data center infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with commissioning processes.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
