With products already on shelves at Walmart, Sprouts, ShopRite, and HomeGoods, and new farms under construction across the Southeast, we're scaling fast β€” and we're looking for a Sales Executive who can build and lead the national revenue engine that powers the next chapter of our growth.


πŸ’Ό The Role

We're seeking a strategic, high-energy Chief Sales Officer (or VP of Sales) to design and scale our entire sales organization from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for building a high-performance team, implementing data-driven systems, and expanding distribution across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels nationwide.


πŸ”§ What You'll Do
  • Architect and lead Big Guns' end-to-end sales strategy across B2B, DTC, and national retail.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a sales force of managers and representatives.
  • Define KPIs, CRM dashboards, and compensation structures that drive performance.
  • Expand partnerships with major retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to forecast and scale revenue.
  • Represent Big Guns Coffee at trade shows, investor presentations, and national buyer meetings.

  • Measurable 25 %+ month-over-month growth in new accounts.

πŸ’° Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 DOE
  • Performance Bonus: $50,000 – $75,000 based on company revenue targets
  • Equity / Phantom Equity: β‰ˆ .25 % (vesting 3–5 years)

  • Location: Pendleton, SC (onsite with hybrid flexibility and travel to key accounts)
