• About the Team: The AHE team seeks to support the mission of BJU Press by helping families navigate homeschooling and maintain compliance with state regulations through recording-keeping services.
• Role Summary: As a AHE Registration Associate at BJU Press, the ideal candidate will play a supporting role on the AHE team by processing new applications, re-enrollment forms, ordering achievement tests, process payments, and provide effective communication to customers by telephone and email.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The AHE Registration Associate will...

• Receive incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Process applications and re-enrollment forms
• Place orders for achievement tests
• Set up customer accounts
